How do I return something?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product please follow these instructions to return / receive a new product:

Upon delivery of your purchase you shall receive an email asking how did you like your order.

What items are eligible for return or exchange?

Each Flow Foundry piece is made to order just for you. As such, we do not accept exchanges and/or returns for non-defective products.

No returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase.

We do not accept items that have noticeable wear or makeup stains.

Once an order has been placed online we cannot edit this order and we cannot cancel this order once it has been placed.

What items are excluded from returns or exchanges?

We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, shipping or stock delays or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size.

Items marked as final sale, gift cards, bespoke products, and gifts with purchase are also excluded from returns.

Please Note: Sizing measurements online are within +-1.5cm, anything outside of this is faulty. Payment of an order constitutes approval of the order.

The return window is 14 days, starting from the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

How will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment methods used.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reach your account.

What happens if I return an item that is not eligible for return?

Should you return an item that is not eligible for return, we will confirm with you whether you would like us to dispose of the item or pay for additional shipping to have the purchased item returned to you.

Do you offer store credit for returned items?

Store credit is an available option for returned items.

Should you select this option, Flow Foundry email you with instructions for how to utilise the credit stored against your account.

How do I place an order?

View the Product Page of the item that you wish to order, from the Product Page - select the correct colour, size, and quantity that suits your needs and select Add to Cart to add your items to your cart.

Continue with this process to add the items you desire to your cart and when ready to place your order, select Checkout from the top-right Cart drop-down.

On our Checkout page:
Provide your Contact and Delivery details, select your shipping method and proceed with your chosen Payment method.

Once your order has been placed you will see a success message and will receive an email with your order details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Flow Foundry Accepts payments via Visa and Mastercard via the Paypal and Shopify payment gateways (Afterpay and Zip Pay coming soon)

Can I modify my order once it's been placed?

Once an order has been placed online we cannot edit this order.

How will I know that my order has been placed successfully?

Following an order being placed on our Website you will receive a confirmation email from Flow Foundry with an itemised record of your order and the amount paid.

You will also receive an email advising when your order has been produced and being prepared for shipment.

Customers who have created an account with Flow Foundry can view their order history and monitor the status of their current orders from the account section of our website (When logged in).

How do I find my size?

We recommend measuring an existing piece of clothing that fits you well and matching the measurements to the appropriate size.

How do I wash and care for my items?

Our carefully selected suppliers prioritize responsibility and sustainability throughout their operations, ensuring that our apparel is crafted with respect for both human and natural resources.

From conscientious energy and water usage to the implementation of ergonomic workstations, they uphold accountability for every aspect of production.

How do you print on your clothing products?

All Flow Foundry Apparel is printed on-demand using Direct-to-Garment Printing, which eliminates the waste commonly caused by overproduction in the fashion, apparel & décor industries.

Our manufacturer creates vibrant, retail-quality, soft-to-touch prints using water-based NeoPigment™ inks, which are non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable. The Prints almost feel a part of the garment, with a soft malleable feel. 

Quality control
Each product, and print is checked multiple times. This takes place throughout the entire process, from selection to printing, packaging, and shipping.

Are your sizing charts 100% accurate?

Variances in sizing are impossible to avoid during production, even with top-notch quality control.

The measurements provided in our size charts are within +-1.5cm, anything outside of this is considered faulty.

Please contact us if you believe you have received an incorrectly sized apparel item.

Do you sell gift cards?

It can be hard to choose from so many great options. Fortunately, we have a perfect solution – the Flow Foundry Gift Card.

Our gift cards are digital and come with simple instructions to use them at checkout. Once you buy one, we'll email it to you. Then you can easily send it to your friend, partner, or anyone else you'd like to treat.

These gift cards last for 3 years, and there are no extra fees involved.

Décor Products

How do I clean and care for my items?

If the canvas or frame gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, damp cloth.

Are your products sustainably manufactured?

Technology & Inks
Designs are directly printed on the canvas using HP Latex printers with Latex inks. Inks are pigmented and water-based. The inks are non-hazardous, non-toxic, non-flammable inks that reduce a variety of environmental, health, and safety concerns. we use UL certified inks that are GREENGUARD GOLD based on the high air quality standards used for hospitals and schools.

Quality control
Our manufacturer has a quality check station at every step of the print process to minimize the errors and ensure the final product is the highest quality.

Packaging control
Our Canvases are sealed in plastic wrap, then packaged in a hard cardboard box. We use 28% less cardboard than the industry standard through custom boxes created with recycled materials designed to fit each product size and/or order. Specialized machinery in all facilities allows them to reduce the use of tape, plastic, and other packaging materials for all shipments.
