How do I place an order?

View the Product Page of the item that you wish to order, from the Product Page - select the correct colour, size, and quantity that suits your needs and select Add to Cart to add your items to your cart.

Continue with this process to add the items you desire to your cart and when ready to place your order, select Checkout from the top-right Cart drop-down.

On our Checkout page:
Provide your Contact and Delivery details, select your shipping method and proceed with your chosen Payment method.

Once your order has been placed you will see a success message and will receive an email with your order details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Flow Foundry Accepts payments via Visa and Mastercard via the Paypal and Shopify payment gateways (Afterpay and Zip Pay coming soon)

Can I modify my order once it's been placed?

Once an order has been placed online we cannot edit this order.

Payment of an order constitutes approval of the order.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed online we cannot cancel this order.

How will I know that my order has been placed successfully?

Following an order being placed on our Website you will receive a confirmation email from Flow Foundry with an itemised record of your order and the amount paid.

You will also receive an email advising when your order has been produced and being prepared for shipment.

Where can I view my order history?

Customers who have created an account with Flow Foundry can view their order history and monitor the status of their current orders from the account section of our website (When logged in).

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary for each item and are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Where do you ship to?

Flow Foundry Ships Australia Wide and to limited International locations via Australia Post.

What are your estimated shipping times?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Regular Australia Post :(Production time + 2-7 Business Days)

Express Australia Post: (Production time + 1-3 Business days.)
Express post is typically overnight unless you live in a rural location.

International Shipping:

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Express Shipping is available to select at Checkout.

Please Note: Adding EXPRESS SHIPPING to your order does not affect the production time for your order; Standard production times apply.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?

Should your order be lost during shipping we will reissue the order.

Upon delivery of your purchase you shall receive an email asking how you like your order.

Should your item become damaged during shipping please use the response option in this email within 14 days to report the issue.

If you do not receive this email please contact us at sales@flowfoundry.co with;

  • The date of your purchase
  • Your order number
  • What you would like to return
  • Why you want to return it
  • A photo highlighting the fault/damage

What should I do if I haven't received my order after the estimated timeframe?

Should your order have not arrived after the estimated timeframe and the tracked parcel appears not to be progressing, please contact us at sales@flowfoundry.co with;

  • The date of your purchase
  • Your order number

Do you offer any order pickup options?

Flow Foundry does not currently offer a pickup option.

Should your address be inconvenient for delivery, we recommend using Australia Post's excellent Parcel Collect service.
